Our Servicing Team and your Loan Officer are here to help you throughout this process. We will deposit your Insurance Claim Proceeds check here at the bank for safekeeping, and we will disburse the funds directly to you or your contractor as repairs are made according to your insurance claim

In order to process your insurance claim, we will need to gather some information from you:
Initial Documentation:
• Full insurance claim with details of repairs to be made
• Insurance Agent and contact information
• Contractor’s Bid to Complete the work
